Kaspersky Endpoint Security and Network Agent are Inactive in devices.

Dear Community members,

I have a question regarding Kaspersky Security Center 13.2. There are devices in my KSC where the applications such as Kaspersky Endpoint Security and Network Agent are installed in every devices but most of those devices are showing the status that “Network Agent is Installed: YES” but at the same time “Network Agent is running: NO”. Also both the applications KES and NA are showing as InActive to me whereas if i ping the devices, i am receiving the packets successfully from these devices.

Images are also attached to verify. Need an expert advice on this.
