We’re currently using F-Secure Essentials as our endpoint protection.
We’ve been using it for several years and I’ve found it to be great.
It doesn’t affect pc performance on the many older pc’s we have in service, and I’ve found it to be a pleasure to install/use/etc. We’ve not had anything get past it (yet – anything’s possible…) and as noted, I’m pretty happy with it, especially for the price.
I have an option on SentinelOne from one of my vendors.
I did a bit of reading up and the two products get very similar scores on the criteria they’re tested against and they both seem to be solid, competent endpoint protection packages.
The big difference is price.
SentinelOne is coming in at almost 3x the monthly cost of F-Secure for our organization.
Is the price difference warranted? Is SentinelOne that much better than F-Secure?
